Email Templates: Add 'Folder' as a column when viewing list of templates

Hi folks,

 

Something really simple, but effective; currently, there is no option to add a ‘folder’ column when viewing the list of email templates in a tenant.  This means, if you’re viewing all templates, you can’t see which folder a template is located in.  If you want to go through all email templates and ensure they’re located in the correct folders, it’s a bit of a nightmare tbh.

It appears on the configuration export from analyzer, but not in the UI.  However, the functionality exists (and works as expected) in rules engine.  Feature parity please?

    This instance of #productparity would be super helpful.

    Feels like I’ve seen a post months ago about tagging emails (or mentioned it some point), but we NEED to be able to tag our emails so we don’t have to use foldering/naming conventions to organize them.

    If you want to go through all email templates and ensure they’re located in the correct folders, it’s a bit of a nightmare tbh.

     

    This 👆 is the exact reason why we need to have the ability to tag our emails. Most of the tags would still be duplicated in the folder/JO email names, but it would make it much nicer to not have to include “versioning” info in the template (and program) names. Tagging would make it much easier.

      I hadn’t thought of tagging - interestingly though, Gainsight PX does offer tagging for engagements, including emails. 🤔 #productparity

          Thank you @romihache, I knew I’d seen it somewhere, just couldn’t find it for the life of me. Of course it was a #productparity post (about rules, but app-to-all). That explains why I couldn’t find it! 😂
