When creating email templates, having the tokens to pull data from Salesforce doesn’t always fit the need. It would be nice to be able to add field spaces that would prompt the user to enter information.
My use case is I am creating a template to alert my customers of future Out of Office dates. I would like to be able to add a date field with a selectable calendar to choose the dates.
