+2Is it possible to add a new functionality in Gainsight Assist that would allow CSMs to associate an email directly within Outlook to an existing Success Plan? Today, all Gainsight Assist items route to the timeline exclusively. We believe this would be a huge win as it would allow all project communications to flow directly into Success Plans giving more consistent updates to leadership.
