Embedded knowledge center bot - Show the main alert badge for new engagements

When the knowledge center bot is embedded, please show the main alert badge on the selected UI element.

    I second this. Embedded element that triggers Knowledgebase bot should also display badge.

      We were just looking at that this week. This year we would like to move to the bot launching from an embedded element. In our initial discussions, we wondered if the badge would appear.

      @ag543 , acknowledged this requirement. Would you also want to show the number of unread content to be shown in the main badge, just like we have for floating bot?

        Thanks, @aharkut. It would be nice to have both options (show the number or hide the number).
