Enable helper text for all Enhancement Request form fields
To aid in clarifying field criteria, which would inherently improve the quality of data being provided in the Enhancement Request form (Product Requests) and ultimately sent to Productboard, it would be helpful to enable helper text for all form fields.
With such requests, it’s imperative to ensure the appropriate data is populated, so each request is appropriately evaluated and prioritized by the product management team. With the current inability to populate helper text for a majority of the fields on the Enhancement Requests form, we risk incorrect data being populated, or unnecessary delays as users seek further clarification. This could be readily remedied by enabling admins to populate helper text to the form fields via Product Requests admin configuration.
