Enable hyperlinks on signatures

Upvote on this! I would like to add links to our pricing page and Chrome extension download in our mods’ signatures.

Just noting that we’d like this too. It was the feedback of the very first user to test our community! I think that it could be activated for only a certain custom role (and then that custom role could be managed automatically by the ranking table, if we wished).

The user was looking for a small image and URL. Like a “click here to find out about our training courses” type of thing.

Hello, I heard that Gainsight product team is currently reviewing all ideas. Can someone from Gainsight please share if this idea will be considered in the near future? If so, it would be great to have a timeline at hand. 

We are currently in the process of moving to Gainsight and enabling hyperlinks in signatures is one of our user requests, especially super users.

Hi, we just migrated to Gainsight, and our users were used to simple HTML in signatures and would especially like the option to add links.

For some context we don’t allow members to directly sell their services on the community but as a compromise allow them to advertise their businesses in their signatures which encourages them to post and answer questions. We’d love to see this in the future!

Thanks for sharing this Idea. It makes sense for the hyperlink but also it should be moderated as content could be spam. We dont have plans to improve this in this year. we will park this idea for now and later pickup next year
