Enable individual end users to reorder and resize columns on a report and have changes persist

A seriously needed feature. I also find it very frustrating and am very surprised it is not supported.

@sarahmiracle I didn’t see this when I searched for some reason but glad to see I’m not the only one frustrated with this.  I think these could certainly be merged especially if it will help get this the attention it deserves!

Our organization implemented our GS instance in July 2021. As one admin I have received feedback that the ability to have certain dashboards remain sticky once formatted is becoming important. Users are frustrated that they have to reorganize the columns and or increase the width of columns each time they access a certain dashboard. I’d like to help them become less frustrated. It comes up frequently on our weekly team calls to discuss what is working and not working with our GS instance.

A sticky Dashboard would save so much time. Each time I log in and I need to rearrange and organize columns.   

I am getting asked this constantly -- esp for users who are used to managing things in sheets where they can move columns around it makes it harder for them to want to adopt the platform.
