Enable internal survey submission with ANALYZE permissions

I’m told that to submit a survey response on behalf of a customer who responded in writing to an email as opposed to using the link, CSMs need to have “Admin” permissions on the survey.

Which sounds extreme and, because they are not working with the survey module (shouldn’t, and aren’t familiar with it), is risky beyond the type of risk I’m keen on taking.

Can we imagine allowing internal submissions with just analyze permissions or even another special set of permissions, but not admin?

    I’m in favor of an explicit permission added for “submit internal survey responses” - it’s a specific enough task that I’d like to be able to control who has that ability without mixing it up with general analytics access.

      @TMaier  Agreed, that would be even better!

      The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.

        Just found this idea, it would be great to have the ability to add specific permission per user. 
        As Alizee pointed out, it's very risky to “open” the permissions to what the current configuration allows

          This would be extremely helpful for our org as well. We employ an escalation email for certain surveys so the CSM can follow up with contacts who don’t respond. It would be great if the CSM could, without needing other administrative survey permissions, have the ability to submit an internal response for the contact while they’re on the call together.
