Enable Moderator Action Logs for Thread Movement

As community Administrators and Managers, it’s essential that we effectively organize threads. However, I’ve encountered a significant challenge in our efforts to do so. There’s currently no clear means of identifying the individual responsible for moving a thread to another category or archive. This lack of transparency greatly affects our moderation efforts and undermines accountability. To fix this problem, I suggest and idea of implementing/adding a feature that records and shows detailed actions taken by moderators. This feature will include details of thread movement, like who moved the thread, when it moved, and what category it came from. This feature should be easily accessible through the admin/moderator dashboard or via export options. By introducing such a feature, I aim to improve the audit trail, streamline thread management, and empower community administrators to efficiently maintain order.
