Enable One-to-Many Relationship Between User and Account in Gainsight PX

Currently, Gainsight PX primarily supports a one-to-one association between a User and an Account. However, in many real-world B2B SaaS environments, a single user may belong to or interact with multiple accounts within the same product.

Today in PX, it is difficult to understand the complete account footprint of these users because a User is not associated with multiple Accounts.

It would be valuable if PX supported a one-to-many User-to-Account relationship, allowing a single User record to be linked to multiple Accounts. When viewing a User profile, PX should display all associated Accounts and the user's activity across those Accounts.

This would provide a more accurate view of engagement, reduce duplicate user records, and improve reporting, segmentation, and product usage analysis for organizations with shared or multi-account users.
