In order to remove the bottleneck of waiting for a scheduled rule to run for creating CTAs based on changes to an account or user inputs, having the ability to configure real-time rules for CTAs would be helpful.

The Real Time Rules feature does not appear to have an option for CTAs.
Looking at out instance for example, I’m seeing 3 action types.
- Call External API
- Load to Gainsight Object
- Load to SFDC Object
This would be an excellent addition to real time rules.
