Enable Scheduled Send for Group Send Messages in Gainsight

Gainsight users would like the ability to schedule Group Send messages directly within Gainsight, similar to the scheduled send functionality available in Outlook and Gmail. This would allow users to compose a message, select a future date and time for delivery, and have Gainsight automatically send it at the scheduled time.

Today, users must either send the message immediately or save a draft and create a separate reminder to return later, creating additional manual effort and increasing the risk of missed or delayed communications.

Scheduled send would improve efficiency, help ensure outreach is delivered at the most appropriate time, and provide a more seamless communication experience within Gainsight.
