Enable superusers to mark topics that need extra attention
Hi all,
We're thinking about using a couple of our super users to raise awareness for specific topics which need a quick response. And we'd like to have a tool so that our community can help us by doing this.
Most topics are left open for at least 24 hours to be answered by our community, but questions or remarks about malfunctions (in our case installation issues with internet or a sudden hick up) might need a quicker response.
It would be great to have a tool developed for this. That might be just as simple as a single checkbox in the topic which needs to be checked by one of our super users. The topic will then be highlighted in our admin panel for example. It's quite similair to the 'Report tool', but we don't want this feature to be available for everyone.
This will save our moderators a lot of time and helps building a community as well.
