Engagement Launching by External Users

Our customers see our use of engagements (banners, guides, and tool tips) and wish to create their own. They want to message their users using these tools but are not able to since Gainsight PX is only geared toward our internal use.

It would be nice if these external users could be given specific permissions to post engagements to their account users. This would let them include specific instructions and communications overlaid on the product as we would do, but for their specific communication needs on how that customer of ours uses the product and guides their users on the use of the product.
