Enhance Date Diff Calculation to be able to set negative numbers to 0
Right now if I have a start date that is after the closed date, for average time to close, I get negative numbers. I want to score these as 0 in-order to get a more accurate reading of time to close a task or CTA. I am using the add formula field within the reporting feature.
