Enhance the Cockpit views to have 1 view for Tasks and/or for CTAs without Tasks

The new Task View is awesome, and is helpful to Gainsight Users who are focusing on their upcoming Tasks.

One thing we’ve needed to warn our users of is that the Task View does not include CTAs which have 0 Tasks. Thus, some Gainsight users need to switch between a CTA view and a Task view to ensure they catch all their expected upcoming actions.

Some view that incorporates Tasks, and also CTAs with 0 Tasks, would be amazing, making Gainsight Users more efficient by having one Cockpit view to monitor rather than multiple Cockpit views to cycle through.

      Seems like an easy fix for one of those awkward “gotcha” situations that are awkward to explain to users.

        Yes! +1 to this, because most of my reps create CTAs for themselves with no tasks. However, a lot of our auto CTAs come with tasks and that’s why they want the task view, so they’d definitely benefit from both.

          There’s also an existing/similar request for this I posted earlier, not sure if it’s possible to consolidate or if they’re different enough. Either way, vote today!

          The My CTAs view shows both CTAs and Tasks which I’m about to open a post for filtering My CTAs to just CTAs w/out the tasks. NOTE: Tasks appear with the Subject prefix of “To-Do”.

          +1 to a single view with all Tasks plus CTAs without Tasks! It’d make the Cockpit so much more helpful for CSMs!
