Enhanced Edit History on Objects

I see this use case coming up for CTAs and Success Plans most often, but I’m sure it can be applied to other objects as well. I am often asked to report on whether a CSM has updated a CTA or Success Plan recently. We can use the “Last Modified” fields, but 1) Those fields are often overridden by any rules running that might touch a CTA/Success Plan and 2) Seems to be quite generous on what constitutes a “modification”. Is there any way we can distinguish between CSMs and Rules Engine modification dates, or have a longer audit log so we can grab the most recent updates from a CSM?
