This feature was automatically published in the Jan release without much heads up to Admins and is causing confusion.
This is not a configurable alert, though if it were it could be very powerful for admins to maintain their programs. I reached out to support and the recipient and how it is triggered is not configurable
Configurable needs:
- Who alerts go to - should not go to the creator as creator may no longer be with the company. Admins should be able to default an email (ideally like you can with rules engine)
- What triggers the rule. This is often triggering bc a participant meets the unique criteria, which is an intended failure. Items like a null value for a token field however are valuable
- No indication of % drops. This would be great to have included as it could be an indication there is an error within the email mapping (embedded reports, permissions) or that there are a large amount of bounces
