Enhancement Request: Customizable Button Colors for Boolean Surveys

I’d love to suggest an enhancement for Boolean survey engagements. It would be incredibly helpful if we could customize the color of each button when selected—for example, having the thumbs-up turn green and the thumbs-down turn red upon selection.

This small visual cue could significantly improve clarity and user experience, especially in quick feedback scenarios. It reinforces the sentiment behind the response and makes the interaction more intuitive for users.
