Following the completion of our gamification revamp, we require enhanced reporting capabilities to track user progression between ranks over defined time periods. Specifically, the ability to quantify how many users move from one rank to another within selected time frames would provide meaningful insights into engagement levels, performance trends, and the overall effectiveness of the new gamification structure.

I’ve reached out to support, but once again encountered limitations around reporting within the Gainsight platform. It’s increasingly challenging that such fundamental reporting capabilities are not readily available. Our leadership team is requesting these metrics, and at the moment, we’re unable to provide clear answers, which is becoming a significant concern.

Hi @Sougatoroy ,

I understand the need for better reporting to track user progression between ranks after our gamification update. The good news is that the data you’re looking for is available in our Data Lake. You can also find the relevant data objects documented in this Knowledge Base article.

Check out KB articles for more information on how to access and use these data objects. If you have any questions or need help, just let me know.

This article describes the object but does not clearly explain how it can be used.

Are you suggesting that this can be accessed via API or integrated into our own dashboard? If so, could you please clarify the steps involved?

Additionally, is it possible to use the Power BI integration from the Gainsight console to connect to this data lake? If yes, could you share the relevant documentation?
