Enhancement Request: Real-Data Sync and Customisation Options for Community User Table

I would like to propose an enhancement to improve the Community User Table functionality that would benefit many of us managing community integrations.
Current Challenge:
While our Insided Community integration is working well, we have identified some limitations with the Community User Table:
- User status changes (deletions, deactivations) in the community aren't reflected on the Table
- The table retains records for users who are no longer active in the community as well, and we need to manually delete the Inactive users, raising a support ticket.
- As a system table, it lacks customisation options for adding relevant custom fields
Proposed Enhancement:
- Real-data synchronisation - Automatic updates when users are removed or deactivated in the connected community platform
- Custom field support - Ability to add organisation-specific fields to better track community engagement metrics
- Data cleanup options - Tools to manage historical vs. active user data
Business Impact:
This would enable more accurate community analytics, better user lifecycle tracking, and improved data hygiene for customer success teams.
