Enhancement to "Advanced Participant Sync Capabilities in Program": Alert when % of participants drop

The new feature alerts if there is a percentage of failures, but it would be great to include if there was a percentage of drops as well. 

This would alert us to a group of bad emails, if there was something broken with pulling reports embedded from SFDC, etc. 

Dropped participants can be more impactful at times even than failed bc often failed “meets unique criteria”.
