Enrollment End Date

We would like a way to close enrollment for live training X days prior to the training.  Currently, we have to turn off the waitlist and manually lower the enrollment limit to prevent people from enrolling past the cutoff date.  We have specific course materials that need to be prepared for each learner, so we need to have a time period between the registration cutoff and the beginning of the session to allow for instructor preparation.
