Enterprise Readiness - Ability to Manage Staircase data at Scale

As an admin of Staircase and Gainsight instances with large volumes of customers and data, we are limited in managing Staircase at scale.

It would save us a lot of time, and improve the data accuracy to be able to have the Staircase integration connected into rules engine.

Here are the use cases I’ve ran into so far:

• Managing the mapped Staircase domains via rules engine actions. Today this has to be done within each account page from within Staircase, which is very click-heavy and labor intensive to manage across all of our accounts. 
• Creating or updating Staircase notifications
