Event Framework Enhancements
- It would be great to have the ability to preview participants prior to activating a JO program.
- Presently, a new version requires inputting fields from scratch. As there are often only small changes, it would be great to have the ability to clone events.
- I would like to be able to archive but not delete events. The goal of archival would be to limit what options appear in JO without completely removing them from the system.
- Enhancements to the documentation would be great. Particularly, better call-outs on what has to be customized for SFDC APEX triggers. Also, my developer asked if Salesforce should expect a response back which we’ve learned that the answer is no.
