Expand Article Functionality to include HTML Support

I want to be able to use HTML within articles - we have our Monthly newsletter that is sent out through Beefree and we want to include it in the community without having to upload a PDF. Befree has HTML export options that are not supported by Gainsight KB.

    ​@Fabuhamdan, apologies if I misunderstood your suggestion, but do you mean an option to import an existing HTML document to create a new article? 

    The article editor does have a code view option, which allows you to switch to an HTML editor view. If you have existing HTML markup you could copy/paste it directly into the article there.

    Hi ​@judahs thank you - I tried the code view option but it seems that there are design limitations. It’s not rendering the HTML correctly.
