Expand Audience Rules for KC Bot

We are trying to work through our globalization and I was surprised to realize that Account Location rules are not available to use in the KC Bot audience. As we know there are many more audience rule options for engagements, why can’t we use the same Rule groups for the KC Bot?

At the moment, I’m just thinking about the Account Location and Location (user location) rules, but can see potential for other rules as well (like Segments). 

These audience limitations also occur in the Recommended Content of a bot.
