Expand Event Topics for Real Time Rules to All Objects

There are many enhancement requests for real time rules to expand its capabilities. It’s such a powerful feature and it’s so disappointing to not see it get the enhancements it deserves to make it even more useful and powerful for admins.

Please expand Event Topics to all objects for Real Time Rules! 

Right now, admins are limited to selecting from the following Event Topics:

• Relationship Type
• Relationship
• Call to Action
• CS Task

In addition, please consider adding ALL OBJECTS, including but not limited to:

• Unified Scorecard
• Custom Objects (already requested, see below): 
• Person Objects (already requested, see below):
• ​​​​​​​Activity Timeline
• GS Opportunity
• Flattened Survey Objects

While there are many posts asking for different object access for real time rules, this is a post to try to encompass the need to expand Event Topics for Real Time Rules overall.
