Hey there, I’m Omer from the monday developer community, pretty new with Gainsight.
I’m working on our feature requests process right now, and I found out that from the control panel, I can't see who voted for each idea, which means I can't calculate ARR for each request.
I know that I can hover and see the users who voted, but doing it for each idea separately costs a lot of time. If its not available in any other way, please convert into an idea
Unfortunately, you cannot export anything inside of GS.
I would recommend looking into the API maybe? https://communities.gainsight.com/data-catalog-connectors-313
Here you might be able to drill down more however it would have to be inside of a database tool.
Actually, you can export all the ideas into a CSV. My problem is that it doesn't mention who voted - only the number of votes. Therefore, if it’s not possible at all, I’ll wait for an admin to convert it into an idea
