Hi Team,

  • The Export to CSV option is available only for the Users and not Accounts in the NPS, CES, Rating and Boolean Survey analytics.

  • Replicable Steps: Go to any survey other than Multi-question and go to their analytics. Then click on the Users dropdown to select Accounts or Overview. The Export CSV option is not available.
