Export Dashboards as PDF

Thank you for posting. Do you want to share the dashboard with people outside of your organization? If they have a viewer license, you can share the dashboard as a link with all the interactivity. 

For the dashboard as a PDF; Tables are usually scrollable. They can have a lot of columns and rows and in dashboard PDF, if we give just a screenshot, would that suffice?

In answer to your question, yes I would like to share the dashboard to external parties, with respect to the tables, it would be great if like the export to PPT you could select whether the tables can extend, i.e. in PPT it creates multiple slides, so something similar would be great.

The main ask is that the non-tabular graphics are exported, whether they be charts or scorecard tables etc. 

@drobertsimp thanks for providing your inputs. Ability to export a dashboard as a PDF is in our near term roadmap. I don't think we will be able to extend tables as we do in Success Snapshots(ppt) but non-tabular graphics and widgets will be supported. I will keep you updated on this.

              Please let us know when is the targeted date for the release of this feature. It is a very important feature needed in our Business as well where in users are export the Non Tabular graphs in one Single PDF.

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and implemented in the Horizon Analytics in both SFDC  & NXT versions. Gainsight now supports to export the Dashboard as PDF.
