Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if you are looking to export data from Gainsight into any BI application (like Power BI, Looker, etc.) or Data warehouse (like Snowflake, Azure Data lake, etc).

Please leave your comments below. Your inputs will help us in creating a roadmap for this.

Yes, we’ll definitely want to do this.

For sure export to Snowflake and potentially also to Tableau as well.

Definitely, an easy way to export to a SQL DB would be great! Working with PowerBI for reporting.

Very timely as our BI team absolutely hate that we haven’t yet connected GS to our data warehouse and I’m having almost daily requests on it :sweat_smile:

We use Snowflake, so would like to push to that (and from there we then will push to our BI tools - PowerBI & Tableau)

Yes, for sure! All of our data sources are now united in a PostGres data warehouse that we will hope to connect to when we move to Gainsight NXT. Having the ability to export GS data (customer info, timeline, survey etc) will enhance Gainsight’s position in the business.

We currently schedule exports to Tableau via S3 but it would be great if there was a native integration.

PowerBI would be very useful in order to help drive more decision-making, custom reporting, etc. for our business.

We’re looking into connecting PX with QlikSense via API for fetching data on a daily level. That would mainly give us the ability to drill down into Custom Events attribute statistics which we are currently lacking because of the limitations of the Query builder.

Second, we’re planning to connect PX with our DWH.
