External Attendee flag when using "Share via Email"

I’d love to see a similar flag on Timeline Activities with external attendees when opting to “Share via Email” that is enabled on Customer Cheat Sheet:

Obviously, would still want to be able to send, but a red banner across the top of an email alerting the user that they are potentially sending internal information to an external user would be very beneficial.
