External Attendees : fetch contact from Account Hierarchy

As we build out timeline features and process, we're running into the problem that people want to report on the 'External Attendees' field - but don't want duplicate contacts in the system. I also don't want them duplicated because when a change happens - the user doesn't always update all the contacts.

Use Case: We created a 'Risk' Activty Type for our users to document certian account activity. Within it one of the required fields is 'External Attendees'. With the thought process that this would be done on the Parent Account - where majority of the Contacts 'live'. However, there is a 'department' withour our setup that doesn't use the Parent Account, but rather the individual account itself. Which is now causing duplicate contacts to come back into the system.

It would be awesome if External Attendess could look at the hierarchy of the account!
