"Extremely negative message" detected

In the "Extremely negative message" detected email messages can details be added to include the signal and the direct quote. Right now just getting the email with either no info or the whole message isn’t helpful to understand how urgent the customer account is to action. I understand we can change the triggers but this would also be helpful to see similiar to how the Owner andTier are on the email details.
