Failed records for different Actions should show in different Execution Log tabs

Had a rule partially fail on two actions yesterday.

Action 1 had 3921 records fail.

Action 2 had 78 records fail.

I expected to see two tabs containing the failed records - one tab for A1 and another for A2 - instead I only see one.

I don’t recall this having been the case in the past - maybe I’ve just been extremely lucky not to have more than one action failure in a rule.  

Regardless, it would be really helpful for each action to have a separate tab.  It’s irksome to have to scroll through 3900+ records to get to the details regarding Action 2 failed records.
