Fathom to Gainsight Timeline sync using Zapier

We just bought Fathom note taker - it records meeting, summarizes using AI, and has many other managerial features used for reviewing and organizing call recordings. We tried the Zoom-Gainsight integration, but continued to run into issues, and didn’t love the summaries compared to Fathom.

We were told Gainsight and Fathom integrate (by Fathom), which is true, but Zapier only allows for us to sync to a Custom Object in Gainsight, and not directly to the timeline. It would be great for us to be able to automatically log the call summaries and recordings direct to timelne.
