[Feature Request] Ability to Mass-edit Objective CTA which belong to a Success Plan

Hi,

Mass-edit option does not allow updates to CTAs which belong to a Success Plan

If the default greyed-out filter provided in the mass-edit is allowed to be changed, then we can filter CTAs which belong to Success Plans

This will make the Owner reassignment of Success Plan and CTAs a breeze
