Posting on Behalf of a customer.

Its found that given a timeline post with an attachment. User is not able to later make a report on those attachments via GS Report Builder on "Activity Timeline" MDA Object.

Please make that available for use.

We don’t have an immediate plan to support this as team is currently working on other high priority items but, this has been added to the long term roadmap.

Did this ever get a resolution?

This is a must to have feature. Our Executive team would like to review if a specific type of Timeline entry has an attachment. We are not able to pull a report on this. Instead we have to do this manually.

Our team would like to +100 this. In our prior system we reported on attachments by type so that we could see the Business Reviews, Success Plans, and other specific type of documents CSMs are reviewing with their customers.

Since we can’t report on this in Timeline, is there a workaround anyone recommends? TIA!

Hi everyone, we made Attachments as a central and common 360 feature and all attachments are now reportable under ‘GS Attachments. The Report has field called Source to identify the attachments coming from Timeline as ‘activity_timeline’. I am understanding this serves to the request made in this idea
