Hi there!

At this point, we cannot review the history of all edits made to an email template. We can only see "Last Modified" and "Modified By" but not the trail of changes made to an email template since its creation or who made those changes.

It would be extremely helpful if Gainsight Product Team would make it possible to see the audit log of all changes applied to an email template along with the datestamp and the username of who made those changes.

Please consider adding this feature.

Thank you!

Would be useful, especially since we do not have folder permissions for email templates and JOs to control who accesses and modifies what (which we should have anyway).

Think this qualifies as a parity gap as other areas of the platform (rules engines) have more info available: created by, created on, modified by, modified on so we should at least get this:

The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.

This is still important!  We just had a program fail because someone added a token to an email template used in a live program, and we have no idea who did it so we can advise them not to take this action and/or remove their access.  We can see who last edited the email template, but our translator team had been in after the English version was modified, so we don’t know who made the change that prevented the email from sending.
