File attachments in Timeline view

I'm wondering if we have anything on the roadmap regarding the ability to attach files to an update in CS360 Timeline view?

We currently have the ability to create a link within the notes which is extremely useful, but it may also be useful to have the ability to attach an xls, csv, or doc file to the Notes section as well!

      Hi,
      Any updates on this?  We've recently rolled out Timeline inside the CTA for our teams and would love for them to be able to add attachments there to sync to SF.

      Attachments can be uploaded to Activities, but they do not sync to SFDC. This enhancement is under consideration but will not be implemented before July at the earliest.

      Hi Ariela,

      We are currently running a beta program for our new Email to Timeline feature, which allows users to send their customer email communications to Timeline. Attachments on the emails will be stored in the Timeline activity up to 20 MB.

      The new feature will be released broadly in the next few months.
