Filter Events or Insights Notifications by Topic
Would like to be able to filter Events or Insights notifications by Topic.
Use Case:
You want to keep a close eye on a particular topic especially extremely positive or extremely negative communications.
Proposed solution:
Add the ability to filter on other components besides just account fields.
