Find Timeline Activities where I am at mentioned

Users are given a notification when they are included in a Timeline Activity with an at mention.  However,  if they need to find a Timeline Activity after they were initially tagged, there is no way to search or report on the Activities when someone is at mentioned in Gainsight.  Our users are requesting a method to find these activities.

      This would be a great value add and way to beef up the new admin defined Timeline views. At our org, I could see this being a great benefit to some of our V&A teams (PM, Sales) who a CSM might tag in a Timeline entry following a customer conversation:

      • @[PM Name], customer is interested in a meeting to discuss….
      • @[AM Name], customer expressed a desire to POC….

      These folks don’t need to automatically see every Timeline entry across the board & limiting them to only ones where they’ve been directly @’ed would improve their usage longterm.

        Agreed, but let’s also consider:

        • Comments on timeline activities (not just the body)
        • Comments on SPs 
        The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
