Fix fields list in Email Template

When adding tokens to Email templates via Cockpit, sure would be great if the system didn’t allow you to select fields that are inappropriate.

Per docs there is a limitation that prevents you from using the Person ID path (even though when you create a report using the Person ID path it resolves the name) and the “walk around” is to make sure you don’t select the Person ID path. 

It is not clear why this shows up as two options via Person → and via Person ID → but if the wrong one is inadvertently selected it wreaks havoc for end users.   

Would be awesome if the system didn’t offer up an erroneous option in the first place.
