Folders for engagement in PX

It would be ideal to have the possibility to create different folders in PX to classify the engagements in a more organized and precise format. For example according to the target audience or according to the topic they are focused on.

    Hi @Fernanda ,

     

    We have “Labels” to solve this. You can assign Labels to your engagements and you can quickly filter the Engagements by those Labels.

    1. In Engagement list page, on the left pane for quick navigation, you have an option of Labels.
    2. Once you have created a Label, you can then assign these labels to specific engagements and you will be able to filter using these Labels
