Format awareness & preservation when copying from other tools
if you take notes in another tool (mac notes app, word, even notepad)... tabs, whitespace, bullets, numbers, indentation, etc all get jacked up when copy pasting into gainsight timeline. so maybe a feature request for better "format awareness & preservation when copying from notepad or rich text format applications for easier copy & paste"
==> this is a big frustration for many of our CSMs. Would greatly make their lives easier if formatting is preserved when copying from another tool.
