Hi Team,
Currently when logging activity in an accounts timeline, the only formatting that can be applied to text is making the text bold, italicized, or underline. Some of the activities we log require us to highlight specific content to the customer.
The ask is that the product team implement the ability to highlight text, as well as change the text color. This makes life much easier when we leverage the “Share Via Email” functionality.
Please let me know if you’d like a screenshot/visual example of what we are looking for.
