Freeze the Name column in the People C360 Layout

The People C360 Layout requires that the contact name be the first column in the list view and includes a little bubble to the left of the name with the contact’s initials. The little initials bubble is frozen, but the name column is not frozen and cannot be frozen. 

It would be really helpful for our team to have the name column frozen so that when we scroll to the side to see additional fields we are still able to see the contact’s full name.

Our team has more fields on that view than I think they should, but they have advocated for all those fields. With so many fields they often have to scroll a ways to get the field they want, but then they have trouble making sure they are still on the contact they specifically want.
