Gainsight Assist: Log Email to Timeline - Search by Company AND Relationship

Hi Team,

Our CSMs are experiencing challenges looking up a company and relationship when using the Log Email to Timeline feature. We use relationships to refer to products that our clients has purchased or subscribed to and mostly log customer interaction at the relationship level. Currently, Gainsight Assist doesn’t support company search along with the relationship, making it hard for our users to easily select where the email gets sent to. Oftentimes, they have to scroll through multiple pages of results just to select the correct company and relationship.

We hope this can be addressed in a future enhancement of the product.
