Gainsight Assist needs to have more helpers other than Company Name

Struggle is that GainSight Assist does not show the CSNs so it's difficult to see which it gets assigned to in the end, given there often multiple CSNs for the same account in SFDC

Appears to be a limitation with the GS product in that the feature pulls in possible name options based on what is put in the search. Having additional identifiers would be helpful.
